Turned out perfect! I subbed elbows instead of penne, followed the same directions, and the noodles were still perfectly cooked! I added pepper flakes to add to the spice factor also! Definitely will make again.

Used a little more chicken breast and only 8 oz of pasta. Came out really good. Will try with more pasta next time.

I will leave out the Mozzarella next time. I feel it made it WAY to cheesy. Over all it is extremely delicious

Delicious but I had 16oz of pasta so I had to cook for 10 min and no Parmesan substituted for cheddar

I used frozen chicken tenderloins all I sautéed first, despite comments not to. I used a lot more pasta, made my own pasta sauce instead of jarred sauce, and used about 1.5 cups of water to make up for the extra pasta, and didn’t measure the cheese. It turned out perfectly! A new family favorite! The pasta was cooked exactly like we like for this type of dish, and the chicken was still nice and juicy. Cooked in the 8 quart IP Duo
