Sauce was delicious! Chicken was way overcooked for me - maybe my pieces were smaller. Would definitely make again but I’ll just shorten the cook time - also added sautéed spinach which was great

Added 1.5 tbps of flour in addition to the corn starch. Used three cloves of garlic, would add more next time. Also more salt and pepper. Might reduce cooking time or time left with natural release - the chicken was too chewy. Sauce was delicious.

This was delicious! I didn’t add any mushrooms and omitted the spinach. I also was forced to use the green top Parmesan simply because that was what was in the fridge. Every single person devoured it! Will definitely make again!

Really delicious. I eyeballed the sauce and didn’t use even a 1/4 of the amount of heavy cream that was called for. I shredded the chicken. Yumm

Made it with vegetable broth instead because I had some opened in the fridge and cooked it in the oven at 375F for 30 minutes after I seared it. It was very tasty and juicy. Will make it again.

Made this tonight with chicken breast and boneless skinless thighs and was great! I served it with Spaghetti Squash (trying time cut carbs) and I loved it. The sauce is great and may do more next time around but was really good just as is.

This was very delicious! I added mushrooms and red bell peppers because I didn’t have roasted red peppers on hand and didn’t feel like roasting myself. I sautéed the peppers and mushrooms in the IP then removed and followed the instructions from there. Overall this was a win for sure. Served over noodles and a side of green beans

I made this last night. I didn’t have pesto but substituted basil and parsley. It was wonderful served with rice and green beans.

Delish! Made as is and it was so good. Even my husband said he really liked it. Will definitely make again.

I’ve gotta tinker with this recipe some. I substituted xanthan gum for the cornstarch since I’m keto and it was just way too thick. Wasn’t creamy enough. Also needed more salt. Next time I’ll pound out the chicken breasts to tenderize them a little, cook maybe for 6min instead of 8, add less xanthan gum, more broth, more heavy cream, and more pesto. I’ll update the next time I make it.
